This policy explains how information provided by portal visitors is handled.
Personal information
Personal information is collected when you provide it by email, registration or feedback form. This information may be shared with relevant public agencies to deliver services and resolve complaints.
Cookies and server logs
Cookies help identify repeat visits. Server logs may record page requests, IP addresses, browser type and language, and the date and time of access. Refer to the official policy for further information about cookies.
Data protection and storage
The official policy states that encryption and security controls are used to protect information during transmission and storage against unauthorised access.
ELFI: AI conversations and staff contact requests
Using ELFI requires consent before a conversation begins. A nickname is optional. Conversations and any name provided are stored encrypted in WordPress, accessible only to authorised administrators, and are not automatically deleted. Records are retained to review enquiries and support LPKP services.
Questions and excerpts from official sources are sent to OpenAI to generate AI answers. ELFI does not send nicknames or information from the staff contact request form to OpenAI. Avoid entering identification numbers, passwords, financial information or personal documents in the chat. AI answers may be inaccurate; check the official sources displayed.
If you ask a staff member to contact you, a separate form requests your full name, individual or company category, company name where applicable, and at least one contact method: telephone, WhatsApp or email. This information is submitted only with your consent, stored in WordPress without automatic deletion, and used for administrator review and follow-up by LPKP staff. Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment or guarantee a response time.

Page view statistics
WP Statistics records page views on the new website from 14 October 2026. Current settings anonymise and hash IP addresses and exclude administrators and common bots. View totals do not represent unique individuals and are not combined with statistics from the old website.
